Why the numbers hold

Valued against what things actually sold for

Every estimate is backed by comparable sales, and every profit figure is net — resale commission and payment fees already taken out. When the model is unsure it says so, and you see why.

Comparable sales, not guesses
Each estimate cites how many similar items sold, over what window, and the median price they went for.
Net profit, fees included
Resale commission and payment fees are deducted before the number reaches you.
Confidence you can read
High, medium or low — with the reason. A missing tag photo lowers it, and the alert says so.
